Stain and seal is another way to protect your dock. Staining works by penetrating the wood it is applied to, forming a protective coat. Staining is simply tinting the natural pattern of wood, while solid color sealing can alter the dock to any color you choose while providing protection to lumber. 

Extend the life of your wood piles with a pile wrap. If piles have already been deteriorated by the harsh saltwater environment Extend the life by adding a concrete reinforcement. 

If you are experiencing sink holes along the grass edge by the seawall most likely there is a crack or void in the seawall.  At MMS we can take care of all underwater and seawall surface repairs.
