For as long as he can remember, Capt. Gabe Bolano has been passionate about life on the water.  He has spent his life boating, fishing, and working along the waterfront, developing a deep appreciation for the marine lifestyle and the infrastructure that makes it possible.

In 2009, Gabe earned his U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License and spent years operating vessels and working throughout South Florida's waterways. During that time, he made an observation that would eventually inspire the creation of Marina Maintenance Solutions: there are far more boats sitting at docks than there are boats actively navigating the water.

While most people focus on the boat itself, Gabe recognized that the dock, seawall, boat lift, and waterfront structures are equally important. These assets protect vessels, provide safe access to the water, and represent a significant investment for property owners. Yet too often, they are overlooked until something breaks.

That realization led to the founding of Marina Maintenance Solutions.

After years of maintaining marinas, marine facilities, and waterfront infrastructure, Gabe developed extensive hands-on experience in dock maintenance, seawall inspections, boat lift systems, marina operations, and preventative maintenance programs. Today, he brings that knowledge to residential waterfront properties, condominium associations, commercial facilities, and marinas throughout South Florida.

Gabe's vision for Marina Maintenance Solutions goes beyond repairs. His mission is to change the way waterfront property owners think about maintenance.
